Lucille Moala is an associate solicitor in the corporate and commercial team.

Lucille advises companies and investors on debt and equity financings, private equity buyouts, M&A transactions, group restructuring, shareholders’ and founders’ agreements and general corporate governance issues. Lucille also advises her clients on key commercial contracts, intellectual property and brand protection. 

Lucille cross-qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2022 having previously qualified and worked as a solicitor in Australia in 2016.
