About Lucy
I advise on a wide range of reputational management, data privacy and intellectual property disputes and aim to help my clients overcome these disputes in the most effective way to reflect their goals.
Lucy trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the team upon qualification in January 2023.
Lucy is instructed predominantly on reputation management and privacy disputes from a range of individuals and organisations. This includes advising on harassment, misuse of private information and matters involving data protection and GDPR issues. She has worked on a broad range of intellectual property matters and breach of contract disputes.
She has also developed experience in advising on procedural issues related to regulated individuals or public bodies, and has assisted on judicial reviews, disciplinary hearings and regulatory proceedings.
Experience
- Regularly instructed by Sky, the UK’s largest sports broadcaster, in relation to breaches of intellectual property rights before the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court
- Was previously involved in a matter heard before the Queen’s Bench Division (as it was) on behalf of a property management company regarding a permanent injunction ordered under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 for tenants to cease and desist from harassing employees of the company and their neighbours
