About Harriet

Whether I am advising clients at the start of their relationship or helping clients navigate into a new chapter in their lives, my aim is to always provide pragmatic, tailored and clear advice.

Harriet advises clients on a broad range of family matters. This includes divorce and separation, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. She also advises on matters involving children and Family Law Act injunctions.

Alongside advising her own clients, Harriet also regularly works with James Carroll and Kate Hamilton advising on more complex matters including those with an international element or involving complex asset structures.

As a member of Resolution, Harriet is committed to resolving matters constructively and understands the importance of achieving cost effective solutions for her clients.

Harriet trained at Russell-Cooke and qualified as a solicitor in September 2019.
