Andrew joined Russell-Cooke in March 2022, having previously worked as a civil servant.
Andrew has experience working on a wide range of personal injury and clinical negligence matters including road traffic collisions, injuries at work, tripping incidents and fatal accidents.
Andrew has a particular interest in employer’s liability claims and inquest work.
Experience
- Mrs X v Mineyko-Colson (2023): acted for the claimant, a pedestrian who suffered a degloving injury to her right calf in December 2021 when the defendant lost control of her vehicle and drove into her. The claimant recovered £29,000 in compensation.
- JP v Gary Freeman (2024): acted for the claimant, JP, a cyclist who suffered a right extra-capsular, intertrochanteric hip fracture in a collision with another cyclist in August 2022. The case settled for £35,000 without the need to issue Court Proceedings.
