We have equal experience acting for high net worth individuals who encounter property issues.

Our dedicated social housing team handles legal aid work for social housing tenants but are as comfortable defending possession claims and bringing judicial reviews against housing authorities. They advise on the ongoing Grenfell Tower inquiry. Related to issues arising from the inquiry we have further specialists in cladding and building safety remediation disputes.
